What should I do if the clothing item I ordered does not match the image on the website?

In a situation where the product that is received by the customer does not match the published image, the customer should contact LAFAIRY within 7 days.

I do not want the product I ordered anymore. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we do not take back delivered products unless there is a genuine reason to return them. Change of Mind, or No Longer Needed, is not considered as a genuine reason to return and refund.

What do I do if the clothing item I ordered is damaged?

Immediately take a few photographs of the damages and contact us via WhatsApp number.

How do I return an item to LAFAIRY?

The customer has to arrange a courier to return the product to us for an exchange bearing all the expenses in relation to the delivery of the exchanged product. This has to be done within 3-5 days of receipt of the product.

What if I want to exchange the product I ordered?

For Exchanges, the selected product has to be of a value higher or equal to the value purchased. Also, the product has to be available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should courier the product with the original packaging to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
